Overview:
Registration Forms allow you to collect information from your registrants such as emergency contact information, medical information, cell phone numbers, uniform size, etc. Forms can be customized to ensure that you collect and validate all of the information required to run your programs. Registration Forms are assigned to programs. When a user is registering for a program, the form will display during the registration transaction.
Registration Type: a Registration Type is a name or title for a Registration Form. When your organization's system is initially set up, a default registration type of "Participant" is created.
If you need to create different Registration Forms for different types of programs, you will need to create Registration Types. For example, if you need a registration form for summer camp program, you would create a Registration Type named Summer Camp. After you create the Registration Type, you would then add questions using the Forms manager. Please refer to the help article on Registration Forms to add questions to your form.
Please Note: In order to create Registration Types, you must have the admin user profile "Organization Administrator".

Adding Registration Types
Follow these steps to add a Registration Types:
- On the Activity Manager page, scroll down to the REGISTRATION TYPE section.
- Click Add next to the "REGISTRATION TYPE". The Add Registration Form Type page will appear.
- Complete the information as follows:
- Name (R) – The name of the registration type. If a registration type name is changed, the change is automatically reflected across all of the programs and activity forms related to the registration type.
- Group – The default value is "Participant" and should not be changed. "Companion Program" is no longer supported.
- Apply to Tiered Pricing – Do not select this. This is no longer supported.
- Click Save when finished.
Viewing Registration Type Details
- On the Activity Manager page, scroll down to the REGISTRATION TYPE section.

Click on the name of the Registration. The Registration Type Details page Type to view details, edit and enable/disable the registration type.
Disabling Registration Types
Follow these steps to disable registration types:
- On the Registration Type Details page:
- If a registration type is currently enabled, click Disable to have that registration type disabled. A warning message will display. Click OK to continue or Cancel to leave the registration type enabled.
- NOTE: When disabling a registration type, it will no longer be available to assign to a program. However, it will still appear on the View Registration Type List page with a status of "Disabled" where it can be re-enabled if desired.
Enabling Registration Types
Follow these steps to enable registration types:
- On the Registration Type Details page:
- If a registration type is currently disabled, click Enable to have that registration type re-enabled. A warning message will display. Click OK to continue or Cancel to leave the registration type disabled.
Editing Registration Types
- On the Activity Manager page, scroll down to the REGISTRATION TYPE section.
- Click the Edit link next to the Registration Type that you wish to modify. The Edit Registration Form Type page will appear. You may edit the Name field.
- Click Save when finished.
Deleting Registration Types
Follow these steps to remove registration types:
- On the Activity Manager page, scroll down to the REGISTRATION TYPE section.
- Click the Del link next to the Registration Type that you wish to delete. A confirmation message will appear.
- Click Yes to confirm or Cancel to return to the Activity Manager page.
