Registration Forms allow you to collect information from your registrants such as emergency contact information, medical information, phone numbers, uniform size, etc. Forms can be customized to ensure that you collect and validate all of the information required to run your programs. Registration Forms are assigned to programs. When a user is registering for a program, the form will display during the registration transaction.
To create Registration Forms for your programs, you first need a Registration Type. This can be the default Registration Type “Participant” or a Registration Type you create. A Registration Type is a name or title for a form. Click here for the article on Registration Types.
