Ticket Session Settings
The program setting Enable Digital Tickets will make tickets available in digital form for customers who have the Ticket Redemption feature.
Enable Digital Tickets - this setting will be checked by default. De-select if you do not want to make digital tickets available for the program.
Other associated program settings are:
Custom Template
- Default Ticket Template:
On a printed ticket: will provide Event Name, Event Organizer, Purchased By, Ticket Number and
either barcode or QR code for scanning.
On a digital ticket: will provide the Event Time, Event Location and Event Message if those
program fields are populated.
If Custom Template "Default Tckt Template" is selected and data is entered into the fields Time, Location, Message, that data will not be on paper tickets.
- Default Ticket Template with Details:
will provide the Event Time, Event Location and Event Message on paper tickets as well as digital tickets.
Event Time - Optional time entry field. Allows the entry of any time value (not just certain increments). This value will be displayed on the digital and printed tickets.
Event Location - Optional text entry field. This value will be displayed on the digital and printed tickets.
Event Message - Optional text entry field. This value will be displayed on the digital and printed tickets.
The Time, Location and Message will always be on a digital ticket if values are entered, regardless of the Custom Template selected. If "Default Tckt Template" is selected, then the paper ticket will not have those values.
